Terms of Service

What Webbu is

Webbu is a tool that lets clients of web agencies edit their websites using AI, while the agency retains control over the build, the brand, and what's editable. We provide the software; you (the agency) provide the client relationship.

Service availability

Webbu is an evolving product. That means:

• Features may change, break, or disappear without notice.
• We may pause your access if your usage breaks something or violates these terms.
• We'll do our best to keep the service stable, but we make no uptime guarantees.
• Pricing changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your login. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has accessed it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Webbu to:

• Build or edit sites that are illegal, defamatory, infringing, or designed to defraud.
• Reverse-engineer the product or attempt to extract our model weights, prompts, or training data.
• Resell access to Webbu without a written agreement with us.
• Send abusive volumes of requests, run security tests without permission, or otherwise mess with the service.

Your content

You own your client sites and the content on them. By using Webbu, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content strictly as needed to operate the service. We don't use your content to train shared AI models without your explicit permission.

Our content

The Webbu product, brand, and underlying software belong to us. You don't get any rights to those except the limited right to use the service while your account is active.

Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and processed by Stripe. Some early customers may be on a free or grandfathered plan — your specific pricing is what's shown on your account or in your signed order form. Refunds are handled case by case — email us.

Termination

You can cancel any time by emailing support@webbu.ai. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days; after that we may delete it.

Warranties and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our total liability to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, during the free plan, to USD 100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Webbu is incorporated. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Webbu after a change means you accept the new terms.
